Data describing the population dynamics of juvenile mosquito life stages and Wolbachia bacteria in two field-cage Aedes aegypti mosquito populations. All larvae and pupae in the field cage were counted on the dates specified. Wolbachia frequency in the first instar larvae and pupae was monitored in individuals sampled at regular time points. Water temperature data is also provided.
