Wide-field mosaic dataset of the corneal subbasal nerve plexus in Parkinson’s disease using in vivo confocal microscopy

In vivo confocal microscopy (VCM) Mosaic images (as TIFF files) representing a larger number of patients with Parkinson’s disease (n=42) and healthy controls (n=13). Dataset includes epidemiological data for the study population as well as parameters related to the IVCM images including corneal nerve fiber length (CNFL), corneal nerve branch density (CNBD), density of different types of inflammatory cells (mature and immature dendritic), in the Excel file. The dataset also includes zipped folders for each eye containing the raw IVCM images used to create the mosaic images.
