KO-to-COGmapping

Worksheet includes the mapping of both tRNA modification-relevant and -irrelevant K numbers to their respective overlapping COGs. Representative sequences of Object 4-S2 informed overlap at the sequence-level, maintaining the theme of data being generated and curated corresponding to support provided by published data.
