VPRS 5353 Register of Prisoners Charged Before The Governor

The function of this register is to record hearings in relation to prisoners before the governor of the Gaol, and decisions. Information recorded includes the prisoner's name; Gaol (ie. prisoner) number; charge; name of the person bringing the charge; conviction or dismissal; sentence; whether cumulative or concurrent; signature of the governor or his proxy and the date of the hearing.

本登记册的功能为记录由监狱典狱长主持的针对囚犯的聆讯程序及相关裁决。所记录的信息包括：囚犯姓名、Gaol编号（即囚犯编号）、指控罪名、控告人姓名、定罪或指控驳回决定、刑罚内容、刑罚是否为累计执行或并行执行、典狱长或其授权代理人的签名以及聆讯日期。
