NRS-19036 | Register of Applications for Residential Leases [Albury Lands Office]

This register contains a summary record of all applications for residential leases in the Land District of Albury, kept by the Albury Lands Office. An application for a Residential Lease would be submitted to the local Crown Land Agent, together with a deposit. Upon receipt of such an application, the Agent would enter the details into this register. Each new application was numbered in consecutive order, beginning at one at the start of each calendar year.The register records information such as the number of the application, the name and address of the applicant, date of the application, description of the land applied for, particulars of Miner's Right of Mineral Licence referred to in application, the area of the land, deposits paid, survey fee, provisional rent, date of Gazette Notice of Approval of Lease and Lease Number and any Miscellaneous Action.

本登记册由奥尔伯里土地办事处（Albury Lands Office）保管，收录了奥尔伯里土地管辖区内所有住宅租赁申请的汇总记录。住宅租赁申请人需向当地王室土地代理人（Crown Land Agent）提交租赁申请，并随同缴纳保证金。代理人收到此类申请后，会将相关信息录入本登记册。每笔新申请均按连续顺序编号，每个公历年度伊始均从编号1开始编排。本登记册记录的信息包括：申请编号、申请人姓名与住址、申请日期、申请地块的描述、申请中提及的矿工权（Miner's Right）或矿物许可证（Mineral Licence）详情、地块面积、已缴保证金、勘测费、暂定租金、租赁批准公告的官方公报（Gazette）刊发日期、租赁编号，以及所有杂项处理事项。
