Proteomic analysis of Antarctic sea-ice yeast Rhodotorula mucilaginosa AN5 responding to hypersalinity and hyposalinity stress

We investigated the survival and adaptive strategies of Antarctic yeast Rhodotorula mucilaginosa AN5 treated individually with high (15 %) and low (0 %) salinity to simulate the natural environment.We performed growth assays, SEM, biochemical factor assays, and proteomic analysis of yeast based on iTRAQ and PRM technology.本研究针对分别经15%高盐与0%低盐单独处理、用以模拟自然环境的南极酵母粘红酵母（Rhodotorula mucilaginosa）AN5，探究了其存活与适应策略。我们基于同位素标记相对和绝对定量（iTRAQ）与平行反应监测（PRM）技术，对该酵母开展了生长测定、扫描电子显微镜（SEM）观察、生化因子测定以及蛋白质组学分析。
