Bin3 raw, denoised, and semantically segmented tomograms

This Zenodo upload includes four .tar.gz files

tomos.tar.gz contains the reconstructed tomograms at bin3. The contrast is inverted so signal shows up as white

denoised.tar.gz contains the denoised tomograms at bin3.

semSeg_actin_channel_binarized.tar.gz contains the semantic segmentation map indicating where in the tomogram the actin filaments are.

semSeg_fascin_channel_binarized.tar.gz contains the semantic segmentation map indicating where in the tomogram the fascin crossbridges are. The semantic segmentation maps were binarized at a threshold of 0.95 because they were exceeded the zenodo limit before binarization even with compression.

These .tar.gz files are compressed archives of the data, which may be decompressed using:

gunzip file.tar.gz

tar -xvf file.tar.gz

The decompressed .mrc volumes can be viewed using programs like 3dmod or UCSF chimera. If using chimera, a useful command to view the denoised and semantically segmented maps is: 

volume #* style surface level 0.15 step 3 region all

 To view finer details, the step size can be adjusted to 1.

tomos.tar.gz内含bin3分辨率下的重构断层扫描图像（tomograms），该文件对比度已反转，信号以白色显示。

denoised.tar.gz内含bin3分辨率下的去噪断层扫描图像。

semSeg_actin_channel_binarized.tar.gz内含语义分割图（semantic segmentation map），用于标注断层扫描图像中肌动蛋白丝的所在区域。

semSeg_fascin_channel_binarized.tar.gz内含语义分割图，用于标注断层扫描图像中丝束蛋白（fascin）交联体的所在区域。由于未二值化的原始分割图即便经过压缩，仍超出了Zenodo的上传容量限制，因此本次上传的分割图已通过0.95的阈值完成二值化处理。

上述.tar.gz格式文件均为数据压缩归档包，可通过以下命令解压：
gunzip file.tar.gz
tar -xvf file.tar.gz

解压得到的.mrc格式体积数据可通过3dmod、UCSF Chimera等工具进行可视化查看。若使用Chimera，可通过以下便捷命令同时查看去噪数据与语义分割图：
volume #* style surface level 0.15 step 3 region all
如需查看更精细的细节，可将步长参数调整为1。
