R package for PanRTK mechanistic signaling model

Signaling pathway model comprised of ODEs describing receptor dimerization and activation of MAPK and PI3K pathways.Data for seven individual cell lines are linked therein.The code is written for the open-source R framework dMod (https://github.com/dkaschek/dMod).<br>The corresponding paper is available at BioRxiv (http://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2017/05/27/142901) and in press at npj Systems Biology and Applications.<br>本数据集包含由常微分方程（Ordinary Differential Equations, ODEs）构建的信号通路模型，该模型用于描述受体二聚化以及丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase, MAPK）、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶（Phosphoinositide 3-kinase, PI3K）通路的激活过程。其中关联了7种独立细胞系的实验数据。本代码针对开源R语言框架dMod编写，相关链接：https://github.com/dkaschek/dMod。 相关研究论文可在预印本平台BioRxiv查阅，链接为http://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2017/05/27/142901，同时该论文已被《npj系统生物学与应用》（npj Systems Biology and Applications）期刊接收待刊。
