Nucella lapillus genome sequencing and assembly

Nucella lapillus has been a focal organism of ecological and evolutionary studies on rocky shores for decades. Here we present the annotated genome of N. lapillus generated with whole genome sequencing at 37x coverage. We hope it will enhance studies seeking to link genomic variation with organismal performance and community-level processes under various dimensions of environmental change.
