This dataset contains experimental results from electrochemical studies on the interaction of AuNCs with the three most commonly used transmitters for electrochemical sensors, namely, glassy carbon (GC), indium−tin oxide (ITO), and gold (Au). AuNCs were deposited (10-50 µL) on the surface of the electrodes using the drop-casting method. The study discusses the electrode modification process and investigates the increased electrochemical activity and complexity of the electrode/electrolyte interface, which are influenced by the three-dimensional self-assembly of AuNCs on the electrode substrates through various molecular interactions. The dataset includes electrocatalytic properties of AuNCs on these electrodes, such as their influence on the electrochemically active surface (EASA), the heterogeneous reaction rate constant (k₀), and electron transfer kinetics. The studies also examine the influence of CTAB.All electrochemical measurementswere performed on an Autolab M204 potentiostat (Metrohm) using athree-electrode system. CV and EIS measurements were conducted in asolution consisting of equimolar amounts of 1 mM K3[Fe(CN)6] andK4[Fe(CN)6] dissolved in 0.01 M PBS (pH 7.4).
