RAST annotated file of complete genome of Campylobacter jejuni isolated from blood stream infection

Complete genome of Campylobacter jejuni isolated from blood specimen was obtained from hybrid assembly using Ion Torrent and MinION reads. The genome was annotated using RAST server. The annotated file was uploaded. The study was approved by the institutional review board of Christian Medical College, Vellore, India本研究从血液标本中分离得到空肠弯曲菌（Campylobacter jejuni），通过整合Ion Torrent与MinION测序读段进行混合组装，获得其完整基因组；随后采用RAST服务器（RAST server）对该基因组进行功能注释，并上传了注释后的基因组文件。本研究已通过印度韦洛尔基督教医学院机构审查委员会的批准。
