This dataset can be used to reproduce the results from the paper "A Monte Carlo method for tracking dust properties during coagulation in protoplanetary disks", N. Gurrutxaga, V. Vaikundaraman, J. Drazkowska, 2026, A&A, 709, A164. Link to the paper: https://www.aanda.org/articles/aa/abs/2026/05/aa59523-26/aa59523-26.html There are 66 directories in total. Dataset Description: Kernel tests. There are ten directories for each kernel type. There are three different types of kernels: constant, linear, and product. For each type of kernel, we did high and low resolution tests. In total, there are 60 directories. The directory names are "kernel_type_x" and "kernel_type_hrx". Each directory contains different snapshots. File type: .h5 Global simulation tests. There are four directories: global_disk_mcdust, global_disk_X1, global_disk_X2, and global_disk_X3. Only the last snapshot is provided at 10000 years. File type: .h5 Water tests. There are two directories: water and water_mcdust. Each directory contains 2000 files.
