depmap dataset for python year 3 course

Gene dependency data from DepMap Public 25Q2. Cell lines with more than 50 NaN values for Genes were eliminated. The remaining NaN values were filled with the median gene dependcy values across all cell lines for the specific gene. Cell line information was concatenated. Data download and processing was performed using duckdb and pandas.本数据集源自DepMap Public 25Q2的基因依赖度数据（gene dependency data）。 针对基因维度存在超过50个缺失值（NaN, Not a Number）的细胞系，已予以剔除。 剩余的缺失值则通过该特定基因在所有细胞系中的基因依赖度中位数进行填充。 已完成细胞系信息的拼接整合。 本数据集的下载与处理工作通过duckdb与pandas工具完成。
