Aging-related gene expression changes.

Table containing 5,613 genes that are changing significantly (|log2FC| > 0.5 and FDR < 0.05) in at least one of the four comparisons related to the aging dataset (8wpi_main, 8wpi_old, term_young, term_old). Shown are GeneID, cell type enrichment if applicable (_NE = not enriched; AS = astrocytes; EC = endothelial cells; MG = microglia; N = neurons; OL = oligodendrocytes), cluster number (corresponding to clusters shown in Fig 1), and information on the four edgeR comparisons related to the aging dataset. For each comparison expression, log2FC, P value and FDR are included.
