Identification of HIV-1 exposure factors through a predictive model of HIV-1 transmission.

Baseline data from non-transmitting and linked transmitting couples from the Partners in Prevention HSV/HIV Transmission Study (N = 3360) was used to develop a predictive Cox regression model of HIV-1 transmission. An exposure risk score based on model regression coefficients was developed to quantify exposure risk and confirm that participants selected for GWAS testing who had not seroconverted did have HIV-1 exposure.本研究采用预防伙伴HSV/HIV传播研究（Partners in Prevention HSV/HIV Transmission Study）中非传播夫妇与存在传播关联的夫妇的基线数据（样本量N=3360），构建了HIV-1传播的预测性Cox回归模型。基于该模型的回归系数，研究人员开发了暴露风险评分以量化暴露风险，并证实：入选全基因组关联分析（Genome-Wide Association Study，GWAS）检测且未发生血清阳转的参与者确实存在HIV-1暴露。
