Expression data of synchronised primary human fibroblasts (NHDF, Data Set 1)
收藏资源简介:
Transcriptional programmes involved in the eukaryotic cell cycle are activated sequentially throughout the process. In particular, the set of genes required for S and G2-M phases are highly conserved and induced one after the other. We used gene expression microarrays to analyse the global programme of gene expression of human primary fibroblasts from a quiescence state (G0) to a synchronised cell proliferation Primary human fibroblasts (NHDF) were firstly synchronised by limiting nutrients (from 10% to 0.1% of faetal calf serum) in the medium for 48 h. Samples were collected at t= 0 (after 48 h starvation but before full medium replacement), t = 6 h, t = 12 h, t = 18 h, t = 24 h, t = 30 h, t = 36 h, t = 42 h, t = 48 h. Three techincal replica were collected for time points 0 h, 24 h, 30 h, and controls (unsynchronised).
