Microbial community diversity in tobacco aging

This study reveal the dynamic characteristics of bacterial and fungal community structure and function during tobacco leaf aging, and shed light on the mechanism of tobacco aging. And provide a scientific basis for decreasing the abundance of harmful microbes and metabolites in aged tobacco leaves.
