Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni strain:RM3197 | isolate:Cape Town strain 308.95 Genome sequencing and assembly

The food-borne pathogen Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni (Cjj) is a leading cause of human acute gastroenteritis and also the most important antecedent for Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). We have determined the genome sequences of Cjj strains representing Penner serotype HS:41 that resulted in either enteritis or GBS.食源性致病菌空肠弯曲杆菌空肠亚种（Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni，简称Cjj）是引发人类急性胃肠炎的首要病原体，同时也是吉兰-巴雷综合征（Guillain-Barré syndrome，简称GBS）最关键的前驱致病诱因。本研究已完成代表彭纳血清型（Penner serotype）HS:41的Cjj菌株的基因组序列测定，这些菌株分别可引发肠炎或吉兰-巴雷综合征。
