Microbial datasets from the CtiyScapeLabs sites Berlin

These are the data used in the paper titled "Soil microbial communities shift along an urban gradient in Berlin, Germany" Presented are the outputs of the DADA2 pipeline we used; for each organism group studied (Fungi, Glomeromycota, Bacteria and Cercozoa), there is a table of OTU sequences, a table of the taxonomic assignments attributed to these sequences, and a table showing OTU abundance across sites. Illumina sequencing was performed at BeGenDiv, partially funded by the BMBF (Förderkennzeichen 033W034A).本数据集为发表于论文《德国柏林城市梯度下土壤微生物群落演替》（"Soil microbial communities shift along an urban gradient in Berlin, Germany"）的配套研究数据。本数据集包含我们所使用的DADA2分析流程（DADA2 pipeline）的输出结果：针对所研究的四类生物类群——真菌（Fungi）、球囊菌门（Glomeromycota）、细菌（Bacteria）与丝足虫类（Cercozoa），分别提供了操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit，OTU）序列表、对应序列的分类学注释表，以及各采样点的OTU丰度表。本研究的Illumina测序工作由BeGenDiv完成，部分经费由德国联邦教育与研究部（BMBF）资助（资助编号：033W034A）。
