Raw Data Supporting the Study: Patchouli Oil (Pogostemon cablin.) on Apoptosis Through NF-κB Inhibition in Breast Cancer Cell Lines

This study aimed to analyze the effects of patchouli oil on cell viability, apoptosis percentage, NF-κB and cleaved caspase-3 expression in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells in vitro. Using a randomized post-test controlled group design, cells were treated with 0.05%, 0.1%, and 0.2% (w/v) patchouli oil. Cell viability was measured by CCK-8 Assay, apoptosis by Annexin V/PI flow cytometry, and protein expression by indirect immunofluorescence. This dataset contains the raw and processed experimental data used to evaluate the effect of patchouli oil (Pogostemon cablin) on apoptosis in breast cancer cell lines through NF-κB inhibition. The dataset includes cell viability results, apoptosis-related measurements, and fluorescence intensity values.
