UK hv-CRKP outbreak

Nanopore sequecing used to identify patients being colonised or having clinical infections with hvCRKP. The screening of patients identified in real-time the first outbreak to our knowledge of hv-CRKP in the UK. The nanopore sequencing guided the infection prevention and control responses during the outbreak.
