Metabolomics data for plasma samples of mice treated with dietary modified fecal microbiota transplantation

The dataset contains untargeted LC-MS metabolomic profiles of plasma collected from subjected to increased protein diet (veg or egg) to healthy FMT donors, and the plasma of recipient alcoholic liver disease animals.本数据集包含经非靶向液相色谱-质谱（LC-MS）检测的血浆代谢组学谱，样本来源分为两类：一类为接受植物源或蛋类高蛋白饮食的健康粪便菌群移植（Fecal Microbiota Transplantation, FMT）供体的血浆，另一类为酒精性肝病模型受体动物的血浆。
