This dataset was generated in an in vivo systems toxicology study where Apoe-/- mice were exposed to cigarette smoke or aerosols of two different heat-not-burn platforms, THS 2.2 and CHTP 1.2, for up to six months (please refer to the study page for more detail on the study design).
The nasal epithelium transcriptome was characterized using Affymetrix GeneChip® Mouse 430 Array.
This dataset contains the raw files (CEL files) and their associated sample annotation.
