Novel insights into the differences in nutrition value, gene regulation and network organization between muscles from pasture-fed and barn-fed goats

Our study provides novel insights into the gene regulation and network organization of muscles from pasture-fed and barn-fed goats. The genes and pathways associated with the two feeding models revealed here could be potentially used for designing a breeding program to genetically improve the quality of mutton.
