We propose to observe up to 3 black hole transients in outburstwith INTEGRAL as part of a global simultaneousmulti-wavelength campaign. Each black hole should be observed on 4occasions for 100 ksec. These observations will pursue twofundamental lines of inquiry: (1) understanding the relationshipbetween four known X-ray states and the two known gamma-ray states(are there more than two gamma-ray states?) and (2) understandingwhat structures in the accretion inflow/outflow geometry contribute tohard-X-ray/soft-gamma-ray emission in these states (e.g. a coronaa jet or both).
