Data and Code for "Engineering Majorana bound states in coupled quantum dots in a two-dimensional electron gas"

This folder contains the raw data and code used to generate the plots for the paper Engineering Majorana bound states in coupled quantum dots in a two-dimensional electron gas. To run the Jupyter notebooks, install Anaconda and execute: conda env create -f environment.yml followed by: conda activate 2DEG_Kitaev Finally, jupyter notebook to launch the notebooks Data is stored in the qcodes '.db' format. Datasets are transformed in the plotting functions to the xarray dataformat, before being processed.

本文件夹包含用于生成论文《二维电子气中耦合量子点的马约拉纳束缚态（Majorana bound states）构建》配图的原始数据与代码。若需运行Jupyter笔记本，请先安装Anaconda，依次执行以下命令：`conda env create -f environment.yml`，随后执行`conda activate 2DEG_Kitaev`，最后运行`jupyter notebook`以启动相关笔记本。数据以qcodes的.db格式存储。数据集将在绘图函数中转换为xarray数据格式，随后再进行处理。
