Electrodeposition-Optimized PEDOT Interfaces on Printed Circuit Boards for Stable, Low-Impedance Organoid Electrophysiology
Datased for the manuscript: "Electrodeposition-Optimized PEDOT Interfaces on Printed Circuit Boards for Stable, Low-Impedance Organoid Electrophysiology ", accepted for publication in ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces Authors: Sara Ebrahimi , Sabra Rostami , Gayaneh Petrossian , Eric Quenneville , Noemie-Manuelle Dorval- Courchesne , Christopher Moraes, Fabio Cicoira Each folder is named according to the corresponding figure number in the main manuscript or supplementary information. Some folders also include the origin plot files (.opju). For Figures 4, 5 and S5 in the main manuscript:The folders include raw data acquired from the Open Ephys device, along with Python scripts for reading, analyzing, and plotting the signals. Before running any Python script, update the file by inserting the correct folder path for “Record Node 101” in the designated location.
Electrodeposition-Optimized PEDOT Interfaces on Printed Circuit Boards for Stable, Low-Impedance Organoid Electrophysiology"。
