DNA-hypermethylated human gastric cancer circumvents apoptosis in the absence of TP53 mutation (RNA-Seq)

Comprehensive gene expression analysis by RNA-seq was performed in various cell lines after p53-MDM2 inhibitor treatment or knockdown of the target genes for novel cancer therapeutic strategies. Overall design: Nutlin-3 and RG7388 were used as p-53-MDM2 inhibitor. Knockdown of target genes (MDM2, TP53) and control (shNT: Non Target) were perfomed by pLKO.1 lentivirus system in various cell lines.
