Integrating proteomics and metabolomics data analysis exploring the mechanisms of SFYC decoction regulates airway inflammation in asthma.This dataset records the raw data of ELISA assay for IgE, IL-6, IL-13 ; the raw data of GSH kit assay; the raw data of ROS flow cytometry assay, and the raw data of Western Blot assay in animal experiments.本数据集结合蛋白质组学与代谢组学数据分析，探究SFYC汤剂调控哮喘气道炎症的作用机制。该数据集收录了动物实验中，针对免疫球蛋白E（Immunoglobulin E，IgE）、白细胞介素6（Interleukin-6，IL-6）、白细胞介素13（Interleukin-13，IL-13）的酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）原始数据、谷胱甘肽（GSH）试剂盒检测原始数据、活性氧（Reactive Oxygen Species，ROS）流式细胞术检测原始数据，以及蛋白质免疫印迹（Western Blot）实验原始数据。
