Genomic analysis of wolves from Pakistan

This study investigated the population genetic structure and secondary contact zones of wolves in Pakistan. We used genotype-by-sequencing (GBS) to obtain genome-wide sequences of 8 wolves and 1 dog from Pakistan as well as resequenced the whole genome of two wolves from Kyrgyzstan.
