Two murine melanoma models (B16 and BPR) were treated with PBS or STING agonist ADU-S100 in vivo. Dose 1 was administered intratumorally on day 10, and a second dose was given on day 14. Tumors were collected 6 hours after the second dose and RNA was isolated. RNA was run on the Nanostring mouse PanCancer Immune Profiling Panel. Three mice per group (B16 untreated, B16 ADU-S100, BPR untreated, BPR ADU-S100) were treated and analyzed.
