Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Estimation of the potential for modal shifting to the municipality

Estimate of the potential for modal shifting to the municipality, i.e. the number of employees using a personal vehicle or public transport within a radius of 4 and 8 km from the centre of the municipality (i.e. 20 and 40 minutes by bike respectively at a low speed in urban areas of 12 km/h) by the intersection between the 2016 INSEE data on commuting between residence and working commune by transport modes and isodistence in the centre of the municipalities.市镇出行方式转换潜力评估：即统计市镇中心半径4公里与8公里范围内，使用私人车辆或公共交通通勤的雇员人数（该范围对应城市区域内以12km/h低速骑行，分别耗时20分钟与40分钟的通勤距离）；本评估通过交叉匹配两类数据源完成：其一为2016年法国国家统计与经济研究所（INSEE）发布的、按出行方式划分的居住地与就业市镇间通勤数据，其二为各市镇中心的等距圈层数据。
