Metadata for faecal samples collected from human and animal hosts in the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park region, Uganda (2018).

This dataset contains metadata for 553 faecal samples collected between June and August 2018 from a range of host species in the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (BINP) region, Uganda. Hosts include habituated and unhabituated mountain gorillas, cattle, goats, and humans from both hospital/clinic settings and the community. The metadata includes sample ID, host type, collection date and location, and other relevant contextual information. The samples were collected as part of a larger research project led by Conservation Through Public Health (CTPH).本数据集包含2018年6月至8月期间，在乌干达布温迪密林国家公园（Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, BINP）区域采集自多种宿主物种的553份粪便样本的元数据。宿主涵盖习惯化与非习惯化山地大猩猩、牛、山羊，以及来自医院/诊所及社区的人类。该元数据包含样本编号、宿主类型、采集日期与地点，以及其他相关背景信息。本批样本由公共卫生保护（Conservation Through Public Health, CTPH）主导的大型研究项目采集。
