Spatiotemporal spline representation of ionospheric conductance and associated uncertainties derived from WIC, SI12, and SI13 onboard the IMAGE satellite.The dataset contains 1684 orbits between year 2000 and 2001.The dataset was derived from conductance images using icBuilder and can be read with icReader.本数据集为IMAGE卫星搭载的WIC、SI12及SI13载荷反演得到的电离层电导率（ionospheric conductance）时空样条表示及其相关不确定度。该数据集涵盖2000年至2001年间的1684条轨道数据。本数据集通过icBuilder从电导率图像中反演生成，可使用icReader读取。
