RPA Survey data from Carnation Creek - Carina Helm MSc Research.

This repository contains the data used for analysis in the manuscript "Rapid and objective characterization of channel morphology in a small, forested stream" submitted to Earth Surface Dynamics by Helm et al., (2020). It contains the raw spatial data used to conduct the analysis (raster files of bed elevation, grain size and bathymetry) as well as extracted channel variables for the PCA, and the results of a clustering analysis on channel form. A sample of a dense point cloud generated from the RPA data is also included.

本仓库收录了Helm等人2020年提交至《Earth Surface Dynamics》的论文《小型森林溪流河道形态快速客观表征》中分析研究所用的全部数据。数据集包含本次分析所用的原始空间数据，即河床高程、沉积物粒度与水深地形栅格文件（raster）；用于主成分分析（PCA）的已提取河道特征变量；以及针对河道形态开展聚类分析所得的结果。此外，本仓库还附带由遥控飞行器（RPA）数据生成的密集点云样本。
