CRAM Artificial Metagenomes

Several artificial metagenomes created to benchmark a metagenome annotation pipeline. Combined Tables.zip contains matrices with the number of reads belonging to each identified subsystem across all samples.本数据集包含若干用于宏基因组注释流程（metagenome annotation pipeline）性能基准测试的人工宏基因组。Combined Tables.zip 压缩包内含覆盖所有样本、对应各已注释功能子系统的测序读段（reads）数量矩阵。
