In addition to the legal obligations to transmit to the review of legality and the publicity of the regulatory acts of the local authorities defined in the General Code of Territorial Communities, the making available in Open Data of data relating to deliberations of the type of regulatory acts adopted by a local authority must make it possible to improve the transparency of public decisions taken by the various bodies empowered regardless of the territorial level in question.
The data is structured according to the Common Local Data Base ([see details on this page](https://scdl.opendatafrance.net/docs-next/schemas/deliberations.html)).
除需履行《地方领土共同体通用法典》（General Code of Territorial Communities）中规定的将地方当局监管法案提交合法性审查并予以公示的法定义务外，将地方当局所通过的监管类法案审议相关数据以开放数据（Open Data）形式公开，亦应能够提升各有权限主体所作出的公共决策的透明度，无论所涉行政层级为何。
