Microplastics disrupt Antarctic krill faecal carbon export_updated

This is the scripts and raw dataset for the manuscript "Microplastic-induced fragmentation reduces krill faecal-pellet carbon export in the Southern Ocean: Evidence from mechanistic modelling". Using the jupyter notebook and the csv document under the same file could repeat the simulations in the paper.本数据集包含论文手稿《南大洋中微塑料诱导的碎裂作用降低磷虾粪便颗粒碳输出：来自机理建模的证据》的配套脚本与原始数据集。通过运行同目录下的Jupyter Notebook与CSV文件，即可复现该论文中的模拟实验。
