This repository contains the main code and resources for constructing and applying Chinese population-specific normative references for brain structure across the lifespan, along with clinical applications for neurological disorders. The framework includes:Normative modeling using GAMLSS and HBR for multiple brain parcellation atlases (Desikan–Killiany, HCP-MMP1.0, DU15NET, Brainnetome).Disease Propensity Score (DPS) models for neurological disorder classification.Scripts for normative model fitting, validation, and application to:Population/disease cohorts (Disease-application-normative-model.R)Individual cases (Individual-application-normative-model.R)Site calibration (Calibration-normative-model-using-new-dataset.R)Clinical tasks (DPS estimation, prognosis prediction, brain health reports).Key Features:Precomputed normative models.Example datasets for testing (not for clinical use).MIT-licensed; datasets available upon request (liuyaou@bjtth.org).Use Case: Enables researchers to benchmark brain structural metrics against a healthy Chinese lifespan reference, quantify deviations in disease/individual data, and generate personalized reports.
