Whole exome sequencing on palbociclib resistant estrogen positive breast cancer cells

The project is to identify genetic variants (e.g. genomic instability, copy number variation, recurrent mutations) in estrogen receptor positive breast cancer cells that have become resistance to CDK4/6 inhibition (palbociclib). The project is comparing sensitive and resistance cells to understand the mechanism of the acquired resistance.
