Large scale seabird community stucture along oceanographic gradients in the Scotia Sea and northern Antarctic Peninsula

Dataset and associated code for publication submitted to Frontiers in Marine Science. The data represent strip transect data collection efforts of seabirds aboard 2 tourist ships during the 2019-2020 Antarctic summer season throughout the Scotia Sea and Antarctic Peninsula. Data were analysed using R.本数据集与关联代码为投稿至《海洋科学前沿》（Frontiers in Marine Science）期刊的发表论文配套资料。该数据集涵盖2019-2020年南极夏季期间，在斯科舍海与南极半岛全域海域，依托两艘观光船开展的海鸟带状样带法（strip transect）数据采集工作所获数据。所有数据均采用R语言完成分析处理。
