Consumption of food at barbecue occasions in the United Kingdom 2020

In 2020, Brits consumed nearly 150 percent more cheese at barbecue occasions than during the year before. All major barbecue foods enjoyed a significant consumption increase, with beef hamburgers having been consumed roughly 75 percent more than in 2019. The increase in consumption is partly explained by the increase in barbecues held in the UK.
