Integrated Effect Database for Toxicological Observations (INTOB)

This dataset contains morphological observations of zebrafish embryos from toxicological experiments from the department of Ecotoxicology at the Helmholtz-Center for Environmental Research (UFZ). Data was recorded via INTOB, a software to collect and manage data and metadata from toxicological observations. The dataset contains two directories, data/which contains experimental data, and scripts/ which contains all code needed to run the analysis described in the paper, as well as a compiled HTML file. results/ contains a table with EC50 and LC50 values as visualised in Figure 3 of the paper. data/intob_data/ contains several csv files: effect_list_info.csv contains all possible effects of the database and their relation to each other obs_phenotypes.csv contains all individual observations metadata.csv lists metadata about the experiments and substances plate_layout.csv contains experimental setups, i.e. layouts of substances and concentrations in well-plates or vials phys_chem_prop.csv contains the physico-chemical observations of the substances data/data_for_analysis/ contains files required in the script and data/zotero_phenotype_library/ contains the results of the literature review described in the paper in JSON format.本数据集源自亥姆霍兹环境研究中心（Helmholtz-Center for Environmental Research, UFZ）生态毒理学部门开展的毒理学实验，收录斑马鱼胚胎的形态学观测数据。所有数据通过INTOB软件采集与管理，该软件用于毒理学观测场景下的数据及元数据的收集与管理工作。 本数据集包含三个核心目录：`data/` 目录存储实验原始数据，`scripts/` 目录包含复现论文所述分析流程所需的全部代码，以及一份编译完成的HTML文件；`results/` 目录则存储了半数效应浓度（EC50）与半数致死浓度（LC50）的数据表，对应论文中图3的可视化结果。 `data/intob_data/` 内含多个CSV格式文件： - `effect_list_info.csv`：收录数据库中所有可观测效应及其相互关联关系 - `obs_phenotypes.csv`：存储所有个体观测表型数据 - `metadata.csv`：罗列实验与受试物质的元数据信息 - `plate_layout.csv`：包含实验设置详情，即多孔板或样本瓶中的受试物质与浓度排布方案 - `phys_chem_prop.csv`：收录受试物质的理化特性观测数据 `data/data_for_analysis/` 内含分析脚本运行所需的配套文件；`data/zotero_phenotype_library/` 以JSON格式存储了论文所述文献综述的研究结果。
