Staphylococcus pseudintermedius, Staphylococcus coagulans and coagulase-negative staphylococci cultured from clinical canine skin and ear samples in Queensland

Infections in dogs caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus (MRS) spp. may have limited treatment options. The objective of this study was to investigate the molecular epidemiology of Staphylococcus spp. from clinical canine skin and ear samples in Queensland using whole-genome sequencing (WGS).
