DNase I digested genomic DNA was isolated from leaf and root tissue using a simplified version of the DNase-Seq protocol. This data was used to map DNase hypersensitve sites (DHS) on a genome-wide scale to interrogate regions of 'open chromatin' for its capacity to regulate gene expression.
