The ATAC-Seq experiment was designed to map chromatin accessibility at different stages of regeneration in 70% partial hepatectomy and at different periodss of liver organoid formation. We collected tissues from the undamaged and the initiation phase (6, 12 h), the maintenance phase (24, 48 h) after PHx, and the Hep-Orgs culture for 4 days (T1, initiation phase) and 13 days (T2, maintenance phase) for ATAC-seq analysis to study the chromatin characteristics at different stages.
