Soil Temperature ARCSS grid Barrow, Alaska 2011

Soil Temperature measurements were taken on a 30 plot subset within the Arctic System Science (ARCSS) grid in Barrow, Alaska throughout the 2011 field season. Each measurement was taken outside the north eastern most corner of each plot. The chosen subset was located from D2-D7 and H2-H7. The SEL Lab/s Taylor Temperature Probe was used to take measurements at about a 10 cm depth at each plot.

2011年野外观测季期间，科研人员在阿拉斯加州巴罗的北极系统科学（Arctic System Science, ARCSS）网格内的30个样地子集上开展了土壤温度测量工作。每一处测量点位均设置在每个样地的最东北角外侧。本次选取的样地子集范围为D2至D7以及H2至H7区域。本次测量采用SEL实验室的泰勒温度探头（Taylor Temperature Probe），在每个样地约10厘米的深度处采集数据。
