Fungal data of leafless epiphytic orchids

This dataset contains fungal phylogenetic and community data from the paper: “Qin, Jiao; Zhang, Wei; Feng, Jing‑Qiu; Zhang, Shi‑Bao (2021), Leafless epiphytic orchids share Ceratobasidiaceae mycorrhizal fungi. Mycorrhiza. https://doi.org/10.1007/s00572-021-01043-4”. One sequence matrix and the relevant phylogenetic tree were displayed to show the relationships among fungi of Ceratobasidiaceae. The sequence abundances of each mycorrhizal fungal OTU detected from different samples, together with the sampling information, were listed in the uploaded excel.本数据集包含来自论文《秦姣、张伟、冯景秋、张世宝（2021），无叶附生兰共享角担菌科（Ceratobasidiaceae）菌根真菌. 菌根（Mycorrhiza）》（DOI: 10.1007/s00572-021-01043-4）的真菌系统发育与群落数据。数据集附带一套序列矩阵及对应系统发育树，用以阐明角担菌科真菌的类群亲缘关系。上传的Excel表格中列示了不同样本中检测到的各菌根真菌操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit，OTU）的序列丰度，以及相关采样信息。
