Differentially represented KO functions identified with DESeq2

Sets of differentially represented KO functions predicted with PICRUSt2 to be encoded in genomes of bacteria identified using DESeq2 in each experimental variant described in Golebiewski et al. "<b>Colonization of axenic beet by rhizosphere bacteria takes place in discreet phases regardless of bioinculation with next generation bioinoculant</b>". Files are in the tsv (tab separated values) format. Figures (SVG files) showing at most top 20 DRFs (differentially represented features) or ternary plots are also included. Experimental variants are contained in file names in the form of S/R/L.S1/S2.B/C/M.early/late, e.g. S.S1.B.late. S - soil samples, R - roots, L - leaves; S1 - soil 1, S2 - soil 2; B - genotype B (<i>B</i><i>eta vulgaris</i> ssp. <i>vulgaris</i> cv. 'Bravo'), C - genotype C (<i>B. vulgaris</i> ssp. <i>vulgaris</i> cv. 'Casino'), M - genotype M (<i>B. vulgaris</i> ssp. <i>maritima</i>); early - early status, late - late status. Name of the variable defining compared groups is included in filenames after an underscore, e.g. _Inoculation.
本数据集收录了经PICRUSt2预测、可通过DESeq2鉴定的细菌基因组编码的差异表征KO功能(differentially represented KO functions)集合,对应Golebiewski等人在论文《根际细菌定殖无菌甜菜的过程呈现离散阶段,与是否接种下一代生物菌剂无关》中所描述的各实验变体。数据集文件均采用TSV(制表符分隔值,tab separated values)格式。此外还包含可视化结果图(SVG格式文件),可展示至多前20个差异表征特征(differentially represented features,简称DRFs)或三元相图。实验变体信息通过文件名体现,命名格式为 S/R/L.S1/S2.B/C/M.early/late,例如 S.S1.B.late。其中S代表土壤样本、R代表根系样本、L代表叶片样本;S1为土壤1、S2为土壤2;B为基因型B(Beta vulgaris ssp. vulgaris cv. 'Bravo',即普通甜菜亚种普通甜菜栽培品种‘Bravo’),C为基因型C(B. vulgaris ssp. vulgaris cv. 'Casino',即普通甜菜亚种普通甜菜栽培品种‘Casino’),M为基因型M(B. vulgaris ssp. maritima,即海滨甜菜亚种);early代表早期采样阶段、late代表晚期采样阶段。定义对比组的变量名称会以下划线后缀的形式嵌入文件名中,例如 _Inoculation。
