WMS INSPIRE BPL Construction line change on the road to Lauffen

WMS service of the urban development plan “Construction line change on the road to Lauffen” of the municipality of Kirchheim am Neckar, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.内卡河畔基希海姆市（Kirchheim am Neckar）针对"劳芬道路施工线路变更"城市发展规划所提供的WMS服务（Web Map Service），以5.0版本的XPlanung数据集为基础，依据INSPIRE（欧盟空间信息基础设施）规范完成转换。
